In order to enhance the friendship between China and the FSM, the Chinese Government will continue to provide 14 Chinese Government Full Scholarship (CGS) to the FSM for the year 2010. The scholarships are now open to apply and the deadline for submission is March 31, 2010.

Applicants who are interested in studying in China can contact the Department of Foreign Affairs of the FSM or the local Education Department in each of the four states to register. As agreed, all the applications will first be collected and reviewed by the Department of Foreign Affairs of the FSM and then the Department will provide a proposed list to the Chinese Embassy in the FSM. Once the final enrollment list is released by the Chinese Government Scholarship Committee, the Embassy will feed back to the Department accordingly.
