For mail application, the self-addressed return envelope with adequate postage is also required . All the payment should be in check or money order instead of cash.

Normally, we will finish processing the documents (not including passports) within 4 working days since the day we receive the application. Expedited service (not for passports) can be applicable. We are not responsible for any loss or delay in the mailing process.
