Starting from 15 November,2020, all foreign passengers who are flying to China from the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), the Republic of Palau (Palau) and the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) will be required to present the Electronic Health Declaration Form before boarding. Foreign passengers can apply for the Electronic Health Declaration Form by logging on the website of http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ via computer or smart phone. Foreign passengers can fill in the information, declare health status and upload testing certificates online, which will then be examined and verified by the Chinese Embassy in the FSM. Upon approval, passengers will receive an Electronic Health Declaration Form, which will be displayed in QR code with the "HDC" mark. Foreign passengers need to present the electronic or printed code, and follow the procedures for inspection by airlines before boarding.
