Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students from International Sister Cities is now open for application.
The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the FSM welcomes all FSM students aged between 18 and 45 (aged under 30 for applicants for undergraduate programs) to scholarship opportunities for studying in China.
Applicants shall first choose 3 universities from the List of Host Universities for Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students from International Sister Cities, and contact them to obtain detailed information.
Applicants shall fill in the Application Form for the Scholarship. The applicant’s school or local authorities for international exchanges and cooperation or the friendship organizations shall verify the applicant's identity and issue an official letter of recommendation.
Please submit Application Form and the official letter of recommendation to the Embassy no later than January 2, 2026.
