On October 18, H.E. Ambassador Li Jie attended the Hand-Over Ceremony of 800,000 US Dollars Pohnpei-Port Moresby Air Route Subsidy for Air Niugini From the Government of P.R China to the FSM and signed the donation hand over certificate with Deputy Secretary of the DFA of FSM, Hon. Samson Pretrick. President Peter Christian, Senator of FSM National Congress, Hon. Panuelo, Secretary of Education, Hon. Kalwin Kephas, Secretary of Health and Social Affairs, Hon. Magdalena Walter, Secretary of TC&I, Hon. Lukner Weilbacher attended the ceremony.
