On March 5th Counsellor Li Cuiying attended the ceremony of the establishment of the Yap-China Economic and Cultural Exchange Association in Yap State. Co-chair of the Association, former Yap Governor Vincent Figir, Vice Chairman Yang Gang and some Association members attended the ceremony.
