China 2026 MOFCOM (Ministry of Commerce) Scholarship Academic Education Programs are now open for application.

These programs offer master’s and doctoral degrees fully taught in English and designed for senior government officials, researchers and senior managers from developing countries seeking to advance their graduate studies in China. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, possess relevant professional experience, and meet the physical requirements necessary to complete the intensive curriculum. The Chinese Government provides scholarships which cover expenses for participants' studies, basic living costs, insurance, and round-trip international airfare.
