Requirements for Document Authentication

For documents to be used in China, the legal procedures are,

1.notarize the document by local authorities(Notary Public).

2.authenticate the document by Foreign Affairs Department,Supreme Court or National AG office of your country,

3.authenticate the document by Chinese Embassy.

 

Document Requirements

1.Original and one photocopy of the complete document to be authenticated, including certification and notarization pages from other authorities.

2.One truthfully completed Authentication Application Form.

3.One copy of the applicant's ID.
